Every Lumisca piece is constructed to order. From the moment your order is placed, our atelier begins the work — cut, stitched, and finished over 5 – 7 working days before dispatch.

Within India

Complimentary shipping on orders above ₹10,000.

A flat shipping fee of ₹350 applies on orders below ₹10,000.

Select PIN codes qualify for complimentary delivery regardless of order value — applied automatically at checkout.

Couriered via Blue Dart with end-to-end tracking on dispatch.

International

Lumisca ships worldwide. International shipping is quoted bespoke per order — subject to destination, dimensions, prevailing global logistics conditions, route fluctuations, and any disruptions outside our control. After your order is placed, our team will reach you by email with a tailored shipping quote for confirmation before dispatch.

International orders are sent via DHL Express with full tracking. Customs duties, import taxes, and any local handling fees are payable by the recipient at delivery, in accordance with the destination country's import laws (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

In transit

Each piece is wrapped, boxed, and finished to arrive as it deserves. Where global circumstances delay a delivery — customs, weather, regional events — we keep you informed at every step.

Exchanges

Lumisca pieces are considered, hand-finished, and made for keeping. Each garment is constructed only after your order is placed, which is why we do not accept returns or refunds. We do offer exchanges — so the piece you keep is the one that fits you, exactly as it should.

Window

Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Condition

The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Garments showing signs of wear, laundering, fragrance, or alteration are not eligible.

How it works

Write to admin@lumisca.co within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and the size or piece you would like to exchange for. Our team will confirm availability and share return instructions.

Return shipping is arranged by the customer. Once the original piece is received and inspected at the atelier, your exchange is made to order and dispatched within 5 – 7 working days.

International exchanges are subject to customs and duties — write to us first and we will advise the simplest path for your region.

Final sale

Pieces purchased during private archive sales, or marked final-sale at the point of purchase, are not eligible for exchange.
