These terms govern your use of lumisca.in, operated by Skin Project Pvt. Ltd. ("Lumisca," "we"), incorporated in India. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Products

Every Lumisca garment is made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge a dispatch timeline of 5 – 7 working days from order confirmation. Subtle variation in colour, weave, hand-finishing, and natural fibre character is a hallmark of hand-finished textiles, not a defect.

Pricing and payment

All prices on lumisca.in are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable GST. Lumisca reserves the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only on successful payment authorisation.

Order acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of suspected fraud, payment irregularity, pricing error, or fabric and stock availability. In such cases the full order amount is refunded to the original method of payment.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before construction begins at the atelier. To cancel, write immediately to admin@lumisca.co. Beyond that window, the piece has entered construction and cannot be cancelled, though exchanges may be requested per our Exchange Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on lumisca.in — including imagery, copy, garment designs, the names Lumisca, Lumisca Atelier, Tan Ban®, Botanical Linen, and associated trademarks — is the property of Skin Project Pvt. Ltd. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is not permitted without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumisca's liability arising out of any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising hereunder is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
